For most of my career, I’ve worked behind the scenes - building teams, supporting leaders, and helping organizations grow in ways that are both effective and sustainable.

Over time, a pattern became clear.

The challenge wasn’t a lack of good people. It was the systems meant to support them.

As organizations grew, those systems often didn’t scale with them. Hiring became reactive. Expectations weren’t always clear. Managers were navigating more than they were supported to lead.

Much of my work has centered on bringing clarity, structure, and direction to the people side of organizations, helping teams operate more consistently and leaders feel more equipped in their roles.

The Midstory Group was built to focus on that work more intentionally.

Today, I partner with organizations navigating growth, complexity, and change supporting the development of stronger teams, more confident leaders, and systems that align with how the organization actually operates.

This is not a departure from my previous work, but a continuation of it - more focused, more intentional, and more aligned with where I’ve seen organizations need the most support.
